Mr. Morgan completed the ERA Franchise Systems, Inc. Broker-Management Orientation Program and received certification under the ERA Selling Skills Workshop Facilitator Training Program to and has presented the course several times.

Mr. Morgan has a Masters in Business Administration degree and teaches
in the graduate program at Webster University and undergraduate courses
for Columbia College. He was selected by Webster University and Shanghai University of Finance & Economics (SUFE) to finalize course work in Business Policies & Marketing Management for the Asian Market in January, 2003.
Also, he taught two Finance Courses in Bermuda for Webster University.
He certainly understands the Cultural Diversity issues when transacting business across cultures. His twenty plus years in the corporate world as Controller, Accounting Supervisor and Distribution Manager and teaching
brings much experience to the real estate industry. In addition, his
consulting services are widely sought after by former students and current clients.
He is a Certified Residential Marketing Specialist (CRMS) and a Certified Corporate Property Specialist (CCPS).

He teaches Salesmanship and Principles of Real Estate for Drury College; Principles of Marketing & Consumer Behavior for Columbia College; and has presented financial programs through Southwest Missouri State University in the Management Development Institute (MDI). This experience, combined with over fifteen years teaching in the real estate prelicensing & continuing education arena, offers a total benefit to students who take his courses. Students meet the Continuing Education Requirement for license renewal as well as learn successful, proven techniques in prospecting and managing their real estate career.
